Shipping

Because our baskets contain prepackaged snacks and other foods we ship only to the continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) so that we can guarantee freshness. 

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally, including Canada and Mexico.  If you would like to ship to Canada or Mexico, the additional expense is generally $30.00 for international shipping.  Please contact sales@woahveg.com or 864-381-8364 if you would like to ship to Canada or Mexico.

Since we provide free shipping, we reserve the right to choose the best carrier for your order. Common carriers are USPS, FedEx and UPS but we reserve the right to use other carriers as necessary. Most orders arrive within 5 business days after shipment and we strive to fulfill and ship orders within 48 hours.  You may request Expedited Shipping for $6.99 for arrival within 2-3 days or 3-4 days to the West Coast.

Return and Damaged Baskets Policy

You may return most new, unopened baskets within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. In the event of an error or shipping damage please contact us at sales@woahveg.com to describe the problem. We will ship a new basket or issue a return authorization number if necessary. In the event of shipping damage or quality question we may request a digital picture of the product before authorizing a refund or return.

If a refund request is based on a delivery failure outside our control (shipment delay, incorrect address), we reserve the right to deny a full refund.   If your order is returned by shipper due to incorrect or insufficient address, there will be a $20 charge to re-ship. Orders can not be cancelled or charged back under these circumstances.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Holiday Shipping

All orders placed on or before December 19, 2017, will be shipped by USPS and arrive by December 24th.  This only applies to shipments within the continental United States.  for orders after December 19, delivery cannot be guaranteed by December 23, 2017.
