My husband and I are vegans... none of our family or friends are (yet!). It's so hard finding gift baskets that are vegan-friendly and/or aren't super "vegan-ed out". Although I love spreading the vegan message, sometimes it's nice to just send a little gift congratulating/celebrating someone (without a veg message behind it). This was perfect! I bought this for my vegan bf (but I'm not vegan :) ) he is the most pickest eater, dine out or dine it, we take forever just to figure out what we're going to eat BUT he LOVED this!!!! We opened it together via FaceTime on her iPad for her 86th birthday. It was really well put together and nicely wrapped, and the birthday card was hand-written, a nice touch, and beautiful. First I would like to say how generous you guys were when I emailed about my concern regarding paypal using my currant address for the shipping address, my reply contained a coupon for three dollars off of my purchase. How super is that! When I emailed about sending a personalized card along with it AFTER my order was already submitted the order taker had said that it wouldn't be a problem and that they would make sure personally that a card would go in the basket. And then when I emailed yet again in regards to some gift packaging, the shipper promptly replied that they would pick out a ribbon/bow and that rest assured the gift basket will be sent to the correct shipping address. My friend who received this gift basket was overwhelmed with the variety and quality of the contents and that the dark chocolate covered almonds were super amazing.
